Return & Exchange Policy

At APKLOSET, we take pride in providing quality pieces you’ll love. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final – Exchange Only

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we are happy to offer exchanges if needed.

Exchange Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original packaging must be included

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back
• APKLOSET will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for exchange. Instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
